The Process: Security Officers

Security Officers must follow a structured process of reporting, monitoring, documenting, liaising with managers, and coordinating with the police to manage unauthorised occupations safely, legally, and effectively.

The Process: Duty Manager / Facilities Consultant / Person in Charge of Premises

DMs, FCs, and PiCoP manage incidents of unauthorised occupation by coordinating reports, communication, legal advice, and post-eviction site cleanup.

Prevention of Future Incidents

This section outlines preventive measures and best practices for DMs, FCs, and PiCoPs to reduce the risk of future unauthorised occupations, including physical barriers, site monitoring, stakeholder coordination, and proactive communication.
