The Process (In & Out of Hours): All Property Services

Report bomb threats to Nationwide House Security Control Room (0330 551 8063). Record details, avoid suspicious items, follow police instructions.

The Process (In Hours): Property Services Local Security Officer

On a bomb threat, use the HOT checklist to assess credibility. If credible, evacuate, alert police, and follow instructions.

The Process (Out of Hours): Duty Manager

The Duty Manager must follow incident procedures, escalate to management, advise on safety actions, and liaise with security and police.

The Process (In & Out of Hours): Senior Management Team Lead

The Senior Management Team Lead must follow incident management procedures, update all relevant parties, and adhere to police or bomb squad instructions.
