The Process (In Hours): Property Services Local Nationwide House Security Control Room
Upon a bomb threat, Nationwide House Security must call 999, notify key personnel, issue the checklist, and follow authorities' guidance.
The Process (In Hours): Property Services Local Security Officer
On a bomb threat, use the HOT checklist to assess credibility. If credible, evacuate, alert police, and follow instructions.
The Process (In Hours): Facilities Consultant / PiCoP
The Facilities Consultant or PiCoP must manage incidents, initiate procedures, and coordinate evacuation, invacuation, or sweeps with authorities.
The Process (Out of Hours): Duty Manager
The Duty Manager must follow protocols, escalate issues, advise teams, liaise with Security and Police, and ensure resolution.
